Why you should not add extensions to Tor Browser
Every change you make to Tor Browser is a change that sets you apart.

Uniform by design
Tor Browser aims to make every user look the same. A single extra extension can make your browser stand out.
Extensions see everything
An extension can read every page you open, including any torzon link, and may send data elsewhere.
Built-in protections are enough
Script blocking and HTTPS handling are already included and controlled by the security level setting.
Fake privacy add-ons
Add-ons advertised as extra Tor protection are a known way to spread malware. Do not install them.
Tip Use Tor Browser as shipped: no extra extensions, however helpful they claim to be.
Addresses The verified Torzon addresses are listed on the overview page.
